Natural Connection Workshop

Come as you are, leave feeling a deeper connection with yourself, others and the natural world. Not only will you feel more grounded and settled in your body after this experience, you will leave with tools and practices that you can incorporate into your daily life.

We will begin the evening with grounding practice, followed by a connection activity to expand your senses and tap into your abilities to connect on a deeper level with your fellow humans. We will then hike the one mile loop around the park before settling in for a plant connection workshop.

During the workshop you will learn the science behind “talking” to trees as well as the simple process of connecting. With guidance and prompts you will be able to explore what it means for you to connect directly with a specific tree or plant. You will leave with the knowledge and tools to expand upon this practice on your own.

Whether you are new or have experienced this type of work before, this event is for you! You will have the opportunity to either learn for the first time or expand your practices throughout the evening.

I will be offering this workshop a variety of times through the year so if this day and time do not work for you, please check out future events. And please feel free to join more than once! While the structure of the event will be the same, these types of experiences are greatly shaped by the those who join and no two evenings are the same.

I will have blankets available to sit on, but you are welcome to bring a chair if you prefer. Please plan to bring a journal and pen or pencil as well as water and any other food, drink, or emergency medications such as an inhaler as desired. The hike is one mile and does include a rather steep hill but is considered easy overall.
