Nature Immersion Experience

If you are looking for a way to quiet your mind, get back in touch with your body and connet with the energy of the earth, this is it. We’ll begin with a slow and intentional guided hike where I will walk you through prompts designed to awaken each sense. Once we feel grounded and more intouch with ourselves, you’ll be guided through the process of talking with trees. This experience can be one of actual conversation or simply getting back in touch with your inner knowing and intuition.
This journey is designed to leave you feeling awakened yet calm, in touch with your inner self and more aware of your connection with the earth. A opportunity for conversation on the beach will be available after the event.

Details:
-Park in the large main parking lot and meet at the picnic tables in the middle, grassy area. Look for the girl with a blue Happy People Hike t-shirt on and hat
-Be prepared for a low impact, around a mile long hike. Comfortable clothes and shoes.
-Please bring water and any other snacks you may need, as well as journal or notebook
-This event is rain or shine and will only be cancelled incase of sever weather. Your payment is non-refundable unless event is canceled by host.
-Event is appropriate for all genders, ages 15 and up who are able to comfortably walk up to two miles and in sand
-Parking at Kirk Park is $8 and not included. There are bathrooms on site.
